Return & Exchange process

How to start a return ?

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@cheerupmart.com to request the exchange/return. 

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. 

Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange

Return & Exchange conditions

1: Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping within 24hours.

2: Online purchase(except clearance items,unless there is a quality issue.) made through cheerupmart.com can initiate a refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivered date.

3: Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

4: All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging.

5: As to bikinis, we only accept returning the whole set of bikinis, both top and bottom, not one part.

6: As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card within a week.
